So when I got up this morning I checked the geckos to see if I had any eggs yet. When I looked inside I found my first pair of eggs for the year. I was so happy to have my first clutch. Dug them out, cleaned them off, and placed them into the incubator. Once that was finished, I WOKE up! Dang it! It was all a dream. Still at least a week or two before I see any eggs. :main_laugh:

Ya it was a bummer! I have enjoyed the last couple seasons. Learned a lot both through some mistakes and successes. Looking forward to see how this year goes.

Still waiting on ovulations.... I was hoping to get off to an earlier start this year, but its not looking too hopeful! lol, ah being patient really sucks...

I am actually surprised that it has started so early here. We have had a cold winter and the reptile room has been pretty cool. I had been checking them every few days and then all of a sudden I had 3 of them starting. Once I began seeing females ovulating then I kicked up the heat in the room.

I had one female start to ovulate and show signs of eggs a couple days later. She wanted nothing to do with the male she was paired with successfully last year. It has been less then a year ago so she may of retained some sperm. She has slowly warmed up to him. :main_thumbsup:
