First of My Tenth

Just hatched the first gecko of my 10th season today.
parents are hypo Mack snow het eclipse x afghan eclipse het tremper.

The female is the one I got from Chris (Stager) in Jan. and she has laid 4 clutches already.

So far the baby, a surprising reverse stripe, appears to be neither Mack snow nor eclipse:

So pretty congrats! Do you breed and sell pure afghans? I would like a pair for next season.

She is my only Afghan. You may want to contact Chris Stager who sold her to me.

The clutchmate hatched: another non-eclipse, non snow and another stripe.

I cant wait till you hit the mack and eclipse but the patern on that is interesting. And stacy sent you a pm

Chris, was the female banded or striped? I've gotten 2 stripes so far!

Neither really she was that big girl I brought to the show and dad afghan raptor. I'll post photos, and mom throws verity of hatchlings but never any striped. But some of them change completely from hatchling to adult I'll post photos here.

Now these are another clutch that both looked very close to yours once they grew alittle

So now I see where the stripe comes from. Next year I'll pair her with my banded Tremper who produces eclipses when paired with an eclipse and I may even get some true Raptors!

So the stripe comes from raptor being paternless stripe by het paternkess? A light striped eclipse would be so cool

I find that any stripe has the potential to produce anything in the stripe continuum (aberrant, jungle, stripe, reverse stripe, patternless stripe).
