First Of the Year

Ok so after it seemed like so long, finally got the first hatchling of the year.

i have plenty more eggs cooking.

he come from my super hypo male, and hypo female pictured in avatar.

maybe i will update this with there pics when i have more time.




almost a week and already shed, almost time to fatten him up with some mealies.

Congrats! I'd try giving it liquid calcium... It may help... Great color nonetheless!

thanks guys, funny thing about calcium, is that 2 days after hatching he was already in the calcium dish. i have never given any liquid calcium to my geckos. can you advise me on a brand and a method to doing such?

btw the mothers calcium intake was heavy during her egg laying period.

but i think shes done for the year.

her first year and she laid 11 eggs.

im very impressed and cant wait to see the outcome of them.

I don't know any brands but I have liquid calcium that my Reptile Vet prescribed.

do i have to get it from a vet?
