First Super Snow! ..and from Hypo Lines

Very happy about this one, it is my very first SS! I literally just found "her", and it sure is super, lol.

I bred my Super Hypo Mack to a Hiss line HT Mack cross. So far, the three that hatched before this one are all Super Hypos, so who knows if we will get that lucky and this will be a Hypo or Super Hypo?, Super Snow.

Do they normally start out with any spotting? This one has a few spots on it, and hatched pretty dark. One pic is with the flash, and the one without the flash shows it`s fairly dark color, and very tiny spots a little better.

Yes, they all hatch greyish with out pattern.

Thanks! Interesting you should say that, it looks a little more like what you described after the first shed. Looking darker, and more spotted too. Not what I expect from a Hypo SS, but we will see.

Pictured with a clutchmate, who hatched barely black at all, there is such a huge difference in the first shed w/ this line, that pretty much all of that vanished in three days. This makes, four out of five that are Super Hypo, from this pairing. Only because we don`t know what the SS will look like yet.

JMG does have a pic of a normal black SS, and a more gray colored SS right next to it. I suspect that may be the only difference, between Hypo and non-hypo SS. Not a bad thing, though.
