Hay guys i really love geckos and have wanted one for a while.

Does anyone know if they are hard to keep and how much would a license be for one and how much are they

Welcome to GF. To find out about a specific kind of gecko or other reptile, the best bet is to google it and read caresheets. I googled marble(d) gecko and came up with this: http://www.the-lizard-lounge.com/content/library/wild-lizards/marbled-gecko.asp

I don't know what kind of reptiles are permitted to people to keep in Australia. Once again, either check in a local reptile shop or use the internet to find out what's permitted and what's not.

I've heard anything not native to Australia isn't allowed, not sure if things have changed, but from the care sheet they're native to Australia, so if you live there you could keep one.

I think what she means is that reptile keepers will generally be (legally) keeping only reptiles that are native to Australia, which may be either wild caught by the keeper or store or captive bred. See if you can find some online forums for Australian reptile keepers. That may give you more information about what you can keep than what most of us can tell you. Once you decide on a reptile that will work where you live, we can give you more information.
