Foaming at the mouth

Hi does anyone know the reason behind my geckos foaming at the mouth and any way to fix it? This has never happened before so it's all new to me

He looks like his jaw is a little rubbery. Do you give him calcium? do you give him D3? Explain in detail your vitamin routine with him: When do you give them, do u have a dish of the stuff or do you only dust your feeders, do you give D3 every time or only some of the time, when, etc.
