Foaming at the mouth

Hi guys, recently I've noticed that my gecko has been foaming at the mouth and refuses to eat. Does anyone know the reason behind this and any way to fix it?

I only have that one picture of your gecko that you posted, but at least from the picture, the gecko doesn't look too healthy. Is it having trouble holding its body up on its legs (does it drag its belly when it walks?)? Is the lower jaw rubbery? I'm asking because it may have metabolic bone disease (MBD: I'm not saying it has, but if you haven't been supplementing it with calcium and vitamin D3, it's more likely)?
I really think the gecko needs to see a reptile vet which you can find here: arav.org.

Alright thank you, I think that might be the case because he has most of those symptoms, but as of right now, until I'm able to get in touch with a vet, is there anything I can do to help with the situation?

Make sure you are providing calcium and vitamin D3.

To me, that gecko looks like it has a massive infection in its mouth that has potentially moved into his eye sockets. He needs to see a qualified reptile vet and get on antibiotics to get it under control immediately if you want any hope of saving his life. Sorry to sound so grave but it looks like the infection is quite advanced to me and his life is at risk. MBD could cause a similar appearance. Either way he needs some expert help. Please let us know how he does!

Definitely take him to the vet tomorrow if you can. Liquid calcium might be necessary in order to get him to intake it. Please update us.
