Ok guys I need some help. I have a female that is about a year and a half old. She started ovulating, I'm going to guess, sometime in March (the last time she really ate very much). I wasn't going to breed her but after 2 months of her not coming out of it I put my male in with her and they had a good pairing on the 15th. Now 3 days later I find this in the back corner of her tank by where she poos.

It's soft and gooey although I found it a while after it was laid? passed? idk, as the top of it is starting to dry.
It is clearly (IMO) not a poo so is it an egg that she didn't fully form that she passed? She is acting normal, she doesn't like being held, she squirms when I try to look at her belly, right now she is chilling on my chest as long as I don't try to touch her lol. Is this something I should be worried about do you think? I can still see the two eggs in her belly that have been there and there is (at least, couldn't get to long of a look) one more follicle forming. If you need pictures of her belly let me know I'll get hubby to help.

Maybe she started to resorb the egg but stopped part of the way and laid it?

Personally I have never seen an infertile egg that looks like that. The color is right, but they usually look like an egg but it has the consistancy of a water balloon. When I missed one it hardened up and went flat, but it could be picked up. It wasnt gooey like that looks. Hope that helps

Well would rather know whats up then be uninformed. She is still acting normal, I can still see two eggs in her belly, she has been walking around the tank last night and tonight and even chilled on my chest last night. Unless she starts acting like something is wrong I guess I'm just going to keep keeping an eye on her and hope and pray everything is all right. Thank you for the input, I really appreciate it. If anyone else has any thought feel free to keep em coming.

I've seen these in one of my females tubs too. I'm assuming it's and egg that did not get fully absorbed and then was passed. She has laid valid eggs both before and after these slugs.
