I was just wondering if anyone has bred a line where the bands cover the entire or most of the body in the hatchling?

I beleave this is pretty much what you mean??.It has poped up a couple times.But i'm not sure if any one has/is trying to inhance on it.

Would they be just normal though ?.I think i'm right in that he/she? mean that the neck band,the two mid-body bands,the hip band all fuse to gether to form a solid block-(One mass band).

Yeah i did mean that all the dark bands fuse together, covering the body in a full dark one band.
