Does this look like a future SHTCT, he's only 5 inches.

If so, is making a sunglow like making a Blazing Blizzard, Breed them, then Breed the hets?

I assume you mean breed the SHTCT to an albino and then breed the hets. If so, that will do it. You would choose the best colored and least spotted hets to breed. You can also breed the offspring back to the albino parent for the same result. It's hard to tell how that one will come out but it's got a good chance.

Mine looks similar but a full tail and way more orange. It is 6 inches.

I would call that a SHT. It doesn't have a carrot-tail, so no point in adding that on.
