fuzzy caterpillars in mealworms?

i kinda gave up on the mealworm colony and then i looked in it one day and there were still live worms and stuff but there was also like 1/4-1/2 inch little caterpillar type things in them. what are they?

It's likely they are the larvae of these little black bugs that often come with cricket shipments that are supposed to eat the dead crickets and cricket poop. It's probably fine.

leave them in there, they will clean up after any dead crix and their waste. helps keep the smell down as well.
