G.E.O or SIM?

I'm currently using an Exoterra Incubator at home and thinking to get G.E.O or SIM container...
Which one should I go for?
G.E.O?
SIM?

I like my SIM containers and was given some GEO to try this season...but I don't know if I will or not yet. Get whatever you personally have more confidence in or will work with your setup the most.
