I attended the awesome event at Garrick's facility on Saturday and I just wanted to give a summary of the amazing experience we had there.
First, thanks to Garrick, Adam, and Art for being such great hosts and putting on this first class show. It is an incredible facility and the animals were beyond words....simply, amazing. Carol and I are still in freakin shock!
We were very lucky to have bought what we feel are two of the very best leos we have ever seen. Thanks to Garrick for allowing us the privilege to acquire them!
The first was a female lavender reverse stripe snow eclipse that was on display in the main area....a spectacular one of a kind girl Garrick emphatically told us was NOT for sale and one that he was going to build a whole new project around. She is one of the most stunning leos we had ever laid eyes on, with a perfect purple racing stripe all the way down her back! Her symmetrical markings are as if she were hand painted. OMG! After some intense negotiating with Garrick's business partner, Adam, Garrick finally agreed to sell her to us....I think he got sick of us begging!! Thanks so much Garrick and Adam. We'll take good care of her. We will post pictures of her here in the coming days. I am still in shock....
The other girl we bought was the pick of the litter snow diablo...an incredible solid pink, red eyed beauty. We've already named her Rose, with a nickname of, of course, Pinkie! She is gorgeous. What an amazing morph Garrick has created with these snow diablos! WOW!
All in all, a very exciting and rewarding trip for Carol and me. We arrived home exhilirated, and thankful for a great weekend of reptilian wonder. Thanks to Garrick, Adam, and Art for making us feel like part of their family, and for providing us with two of the most beautiful leos we could have ever hoped to add to our collection.
We receive the leos tomorrow and will post pictures of them as soon as we can catch our breath!
