Hey guys.

I recently moved to Missouri from Australia with my mum. I've always been intrested in herps, but it's extremely hard for a 14 year old kid to get a hold of ANYTHING reptilian in Australia - I'm sure you're all familiar with the red tape over there.

Anyway, I've inherritted a Leo from my two siblings. They meant well in keeping her, but I made a few changes when I arrived. I purchased a heat mat, fed her more etc etc. I've got the gecko bug, but I can't see myself getting more. My stepdad is a farmer and he uh... he's not too fond of reptiles (still, I he likes to have snakes around the place - he likes the way they get rid of mice).

Anyway, I thought I'd introduce myself. Fingers crossed I can get another herp eventually. I'll also post pictures of my girl eventually.

Welcome to GeckoForums.net. I'm Emma, very nice to meet you. Hopefully you can get some more herps soon. They are so much fun. Watch out, leopard geckos are very addicting..... :D

Hello and Welcome to GF. How long you been in the States? Leopard geckos are very addictive. Hope to see pics of your leopard soon.

I've been here about 5 months. I'm pretty fresh! Herp life around here is awesome. Just last week I saw a juvenile rat snake basking on the path in front of our house, lol.

God I know, I'm obsessed and I've only got one so far. I did want a BP, but that's not going to happen, so hopefully I can get myself another nice little leo.

I PROMISE I'll have pics up either today or tomorrow.
