My boyfriend and I rescued this gecko from a pet store, he is a blizzard gecko about 2 years old. When were first saw him we has a hemi penile prolapse if that is correct and they has to remove it after it being that way for two weeks. Anyway, when i got him he had trouble watching his food and catching it I thought he was sore or something. Over time, he scurries across his cage to catch food and he looks down from the side, tilting his head to the side to see it and then catch it. He wont touch anything that doesn't move drastically. is he blind?

Hold him near the light and then shade him and see if his pupils expand and contract. If so, he can at least see light. Most geckos do cock their heads before striking at a feeder.
