Gecko hiding for 3 days

My leopard gecko hasn’t been out of his hiding spot in 3 days. He is up inside a fake log so I cannot get him out. Should I be concerned?

It's not unusual for leopard geckos, especially juveniles, to spend a lot of time in their hides. However, if you feel it is stuck in the hide, it would make sense to try to get it out and maybe substitute a hide where that can't happen.
