Gecko in the ICU

Our Little Jeanne is at the hospital(for animals >>) for emergency care over night. The poor lil girl has to get injections, force feedings and a fecal has been sent out. Shes been lethargic, had diahrea, one eye almost always closed, and heavy weight loss. ;-;.

I hope so too, but the vet said she might not be able to.

I'm so sorry, but I'm glad that she's at the vet. Hopefully they'll be able to give you an idea so that no one else at home will be in the same situation. Keep us posted!

we called the vets office and they said she is stable we will find out more tomorrow,hopefully we will be able to take her home, her tank is so empty

UPDATE: We got to take Jeanne home today. She will have to go back every other day for injections till the end of this month. Shes been eating this mush the vet had us feed her, gained 2 grams from when we gave her to them yesterday for care. She came back positive for pinworms and has 4 more days of treatment to go. On monday were going to ask the vet if we can skip fecals and get more pinworm medication for our other 3 geckos as at various times they have all been fed the same items and been near Jeanne. She seems more energetic now and was even up to exploring her 40 gal breeder cage today.

we think it was the crickets and we got them from a local petstore
