Hey!
I'm new to the world of leopard geckos. I bought two from a local pet store and I'm trying to figure out what sex they are. I have read a bunch of articles on trying to figure out what is male and female but my geckos don't seem to fit into any DISTINCT characteristics.
The one I believe to be a male does NOT have any distinct darker pores or any distinctively large bulges that I can tell of. But I'm new like I said and I may be missing something. They both look the same underneath.
Anyway the only reason i think the one is a male is because I noticed him trying to breed with the other one. He bites the back of the others neck and starts vibrating. he was doing this ALOT at the beginning of the summer but has stopped now and does not do this anymore.
I am going to attach the best picture I could take of my gecko from underneath but was wiggling too much to get a very detailed shot...
