Gecko stopped eating, could this be due to lack of sunlight?

My tang has stopped eating for about 3 weeks now, and the only thing that has changed is i put a towel over most of the screen top of my cage(because ive turned my fan on, so its been really cold in my room). Could lack of sunlight be the reason for this? any ideas are appreciated . Thanks!

It would be good if enough light gets in under the towel so she can tell the difference between night and day. You also may want to measure the floor of the tank on the hot side to make sure it's at least 90, especially with the fan. Otherwise it depends on how old she is. COuld she be ovulating?

I sincerely doubt it. My Leos rarely get any sunlight and they are very healthy eaters.

I have the towel off the tank, she isn't ovulating, I checked. the floor temps are 85-87 im going to raise them. thankyou!
