I agree with Caleb, Teeth are really hard to see and even knock out. Did your gecko but some real hard object or knock his jaw off? Because I doubt there Teeth regrow. They have the baby ones, The only difference through out the aging process would be the increase in tooth size, They dont drop them and have bigger ones fill the place.

well it is a long story but the rescue i volunteer for got in 2 male Leos after the owner "accidentally" put them in together and they got in a nasty fight. both are pretty beat up but the smaller one bit the head of the larger one and had blood from his mouth. now that all the wounds are healed i have noticed that when he eats he has a hard time keeping hold of the crickets and worms when he bites with his front teeth. i know he busted at least one because i dug it out of the larger males head lol. both are well and healing nicely now eating normally it was just a question cuz i was curious more than anything the little male is learning to grab from the side and not the front.
