gecko vomited his food

last night I fed my gecko and woke up to him regurgitation his entire meal. also his tail is became a bit skinnier now too. What could this mean? Any ideas on what caused it?

the cooler side is 81 degrees Fahrenheit. The warmer side is 87. the heating pad is around 90.9

If regurgitation happens once, it's not an issue since some geckos eat too much (or get stressed while eating) and regurgitate. If it keeps happening, it's a problem and the gecko really needs to see the vet to be tested for parasites. Where did you get the gecko and how long have you had it.
