Gecko's eye lid swollen.

So my gecko went through a shed and his eye just started giving him problems. It's only his left eye though, his right eye is fine. I'm thinking maybe he got a piece of shed skin in his eye but i looked in and couldn't see anything. I used some sterile saline just a few minutes ago and I don't know how it's going to turn out, too soon to tell. Any tips/advice? I was told he might be Vit A deficient and i thought my powder had Vit A but it apparently doesn't so i got some and gave him some. His eyes are usually closed now he doesn't really open them but he's still active.

By the way does he look healthy to you guys?
