Geckos not eating mealworms?

I have two female leopard geckos who haven't been eating the mealworms that I regularly feed them. They still notice them but don't try to eat them or anything. Their tails are getting skinnier but I don't know what to do. Any thoughts or ideas? I'm no breeder; I just have them for pets that I greatly enjoy. I've heard of silkworms and superworms, and I have access to them at local stores, are they good? Thanks! ;)

I feed my hatchlings mealworms but I find that the ones I keep as adults get pretty bored with them after awhile. Crickets, dubia roaches, hornworms, super worms and silkworms are all good options. Of those, the silkworms and hornworms are probably the most expensive. Currently I am feeding the adults crickets and super worms with hornworm or silkworm treats every few weeks.

My adults seem to love their mealworms but most of them are breeding females that will eat almost anything in sight...haha. They love their roaches more but I have a few that will refuse super worms. If your geckos are getting skinnier and not eating I would suggest switching something up. I would triple check your temperatures and husbandry. They could be stressed if they are living in a group, they could have parasites or be sick. If you fill out the info asked for in this thread folks may be able to give better advice: http://geckoforums.net/f130-health-medications/70912.htm
