This girl is a Gem Snow Enigma het RAPTOR. She has some black pigmentation in both her eyes, and it is possible she can be an Eclipse aswell. This could also just be the Enigma trait at work on the eyes showing some black. Either way, I like her alot, and I am hoping that she ends up being a Gem Snow Enigma Eclipse het Tremper (Gem Black Hole!)

I tried to capture some pix of her eyes to show the black in them, but she wouldn't stay still, so those pix are kind of blurry, but you can still kind of see it.

I believe it is an eclipse... As well I have baby pictures of this one, as well as another gem snow enigma with eye pigment I believe isn't a eclipse. They hatched around the same time. Of course test breeding is only way to know for sure!

Thanks guys!

I dont think she is an eclipse just my opinion.

I actually think she is an Eclipse, not only because of her eyes (which i must admit, you really can't tell much from those pix, lol), but also because of the speckling on her tail which alot of times is indicative of the Eclipse gene. She also has alot of specling around her legs, feet, and toes.

But like Chris said, only way to tell for sure is to test breed!

She's highly stunning!!! Goin' for Gem Dreamsicles, eh?

I wouldn't think she's Eclipse just because the nose doesn't looked pied. I thought their noses were always pied, but perhaps not. We had a Snow Enigma who had eyes just like hers, and actually he too had LBS genes, but no Eclipse genes at all.. I think it is an Enigma thing and I have been told it is mostly seen in Bell Enigmas, but who knows.. here's the eyes of the one we had, just to show for comparison:

Yep! Gemsickles here we come! lol.

I see what you are talking about with the black pigment in the eye, but as to where this one is kind of "blotchy", the black in mine seems to be a little more solid and focused in one spot coming out from the pupil, which leads me to believe that it is an eclipse.

Either way, i can't wait to see what this girl can produce, assuming i can get my hands on the rite looking male for her... or should i say "The Perfect Gecko" for her, lol, and can prove her out!

Thanks!

Eclipse or not, I think she's pretty awesome. She reminds me of a funky tokay for some reason... I'm not a big fan of snows, but I'd be proud to own one like that.
