I still have a few questons on care for these guys. My plan is to feed every other day and 2 times a week, using Reptical, add the d3 to the insects. I will have the mulitivitimen in a dish in the terrarium. Is this good or i'm I mistaken? Also I have a hot side but the shealter takes all the hot side. Is this okay or will I need to move the shealter so both the shealter and some free space are exposed to the hot side? And when feeding mealworms should I constantly keep them in the dish at all times with 10 inside or will i have to take some out and use them for next feeding? Also I was considering getting 2 leopard geckos, Will I need 20 mealworms in the dish or keep them at 10? Thankyou.

You're very close! The the supplements the best way is to keep a dish of plain calcium in the tank and then dust the feeders weekly with the Calcium with D3 or multivitamin (alternating, not mixed together).

You can put the hide in the middle or make another small hide to put on the cool side.

You can also leave mealworms in the dish at all times. They'll live for a few days so there's really no reason to switch them out daily.

As far as getting 2 Leos for the same tank. I would really suggest starting with one. 2 same sized females can usually live together but there's no guarantee that they will get along or that one won't bully the other one and keep it way from the food. We house every one of out Leos individually because they've done better that way for us.

Also make sure you have a humid hide somewhere in the tank and probe thermometer to monitor the temperature on the warmest part of the floor. (You may have already done these things but I wasn't mentioned so I threw it in.) Have fun picking out a gecko!

So I should get just a plain container of calcium not using either the multvitemin or d3 in the calcium dish? I actully ment that on my hot side I have a hide on it but it takes the whole room of the hot side. So should I leave some free space on the hot that is not covered by a shealter or am I good? I have a humid hide and a cool hide already. Oh okay then i'll just get 1 tangerine. Thanks for the help!
