RAPTOR X SHTCT = ROUGHTLY-

50%Banded/aberrant normal het albino and eclipse-/-trait carriers of Jungle,Striped,Reverse striped,Patternless striped,Tangerine.

50%Banded/aberrant hypo of strain het albino & eclipse-/-trait carriers of Jungle,Striped,Reverse striped,Patternless striped,Tangerine.

Well I am going to tell yout the more simple version as thats what I was told. It basically means its an animal that looks normal but was bred with parents of a different morph. The animal carries the genes and can produce babies of that color. Thats not completely acurate but gives you a good idea. :)

Short for heterozygous/heterozygote. It means the animal's genome will have two differing variant copies of a given gene.

Easy example using a simple recessive:

Normal homozygous (2 normal copies) with normal appearance: AA

Heterozygous (1 copy coding for normal and 1 copy coding for albinism) with normal appearance: Aa

Albino homozygous (2 albino copies) with albino appearance: aa

It can get more complicated than this, but this should serve as an acceptable primer.
