Genetics question

What morphs would be possible if you bred a Blizzard to a SHCTB? What about a Blizzard to a Tremper?

I am just interested for learning purposes, Vada is not ready to breed, and Ubu is only a couple of weeks old, but there is an adult male blizzard, and what they call an adult leucistic female (althought she is just a dull tang color) available at my local pet store that I am thinking about getting (since I am going to turn my bookshelf into a 5 unit vivarium)

I am not sure what I mean.. there is a gecko in at my local pet store that is advertised as leucistic. This is what she looks like

leucism hasnt been discovered in leos yet, am i right? That looks like a patternless, maybe even a patternless albino?

Patty, Maybe albino patty... If albino it would be LV and not good for crossing with tremper strain.

Thanks.. the gecko I am thinking about buying is NOT the one in the picture, it is just colored like that. They are advertising her as leucistic and when I do a google search I get a bunch of articles and photos about leucistic leopard geckos. Some photos show geckos like the one above and some show blizzards, some articles say that blizzards are leucistic.. I am not a breeder and am not sure if I ever will be.. I am just trying to learn.

People consider both pattys, and blizzards leucistics at some time, this is misleading as neither of them are true leucistics.

Why wouldn't a blizzard be considered a true leucistic again?:p :main_laugh:
The murphy's patternless was falsely dubbed a leucistic upon first arriving.

I could be wrong but Blizzards are not considered a true leucistic because Banana Blizzards pop up when breeding Blizzard x Blizzard...

So IF it is a murphy's patternless could I breed it to a Blizzard? And what would I get if I did?

Right now I have a SHTCTB female, and a Tremper that is probably female but waaaay to young to tell and since it is a rescue not sure what it was temp sexed for. I don't intend to ever breed either of these geckos as they were both adoptions from the local chain pet store cause they were tailess. Vada (SHTCTB) is almost 2 years old and about 53 grams. There are two more adult geckos at my local mom and pop pet store.. they have both been there over a year they have NO humid hides, no calcium, and their display tanks are only 8-9 inches square. They are both full grown adults who I would say are both around 70-90 grams. I feel sorry for them but I don't have room for them right now but I go and handle them regularly, and sexed them for the staff (they didn't know how to tell male from female). The blizzard is most definately male and the murphy's patternless is most definately female. Everyone that works there is fully aware that once I get my book shelf converted into a 5 unit vivarium that I am coming to get both geckos if they are still there... but that could be a while :( I have a degree in exotic animal care, with a focus on herpetology.. but I have no clue about the genetics of leopard geckos and was just wondering what morphs would be possible with the animals that I plan to have early next year. I actually only have a small interest in breeding... but no experience or facilities to do so. And since I am focusing on showing my dogs.. and if my new little girl (just born yesterday) finishes her championship then I will be focused on breeding my dogs. My geckos are only for fun! After working at the zoo for 2 years I discovered I ADORED reptiles.. mainly lizards and especially the 2 normal leos I cared for, and the blue tongued skinks!
