German Giant dragon?

ANyone know anything about them? ive been trying find some good info on them i found one on CL and im gunna go check it out.... and possibly pick it up on Tuesday... its by far more Money then rest my dragons but i think its worth it... if its a true giant... it looks Bigger but that doesnt allways mean anything :)

I'm not to sure about them either. A1 Reptiles as some pretty neat ones though.

It's the same thing as a giant leopard gecko, though I imagine not as drastic as far as size-difference.

I couldn't tell you if it was an actual gene or a line-bred thing (very few traits you find in the bearded dragon world are actual genes).

But they are larger. Expect a larger appetite. :D

german giants obv. came from germany, they were bred here by pete wiess yrs ago nobody really concentrated on them. a few small breeders crossed them to reds but that was about it.

Yea my main thing is... is 150$ for one a Snag in the bag... or should try talk down some lol..

When I first started keeping bearded dragons over a decade ago-German Giants were the rage

There really weren"t many colored morphs available and I think that maybe Sandfire Ranch had just started producing/selling their Reds

Everyone was either selling Giants them or looking to buy them to breed with their bloodlines
Dragons of 24 inches were not uncommon with huge heads and a very docile demeanor

I really don't know how many dragons of these bloodlines are left but I have always loved them

yeah a friend of mine has one thats 26 inches long! he's a beast! well more like a huge teddy bear type lol very friendly. i've heard they can be more aggressive. i think 150 is a good price for an adult
