So yesterday after such a long week at work...anyone who knows pet grooming or has your pet groomed before Christmas knows what a rush it is. I must have done close to eighty dogs in four days, let alone what the other 2 groomers did. But, at the end the big pay check makes up for it. Well, as a favor our boss had cashed our checks so we would have it for the holidays, let alone getting paid on Saturdays sucks if your in a pinch. Anyhow, that was all blown to pieces after we were robbed at gun point yesterday, forced into dog crates, and ripped of everything we had worked hard for that whole week. Cause of some a-hole that wants the easy way out and some fast cash. I am SO thankful that everyone is okay but it still makes me no less angry...I swear if his (____) insert good words there was not armed I would have ripped him a new one and YES I would have went down with a fight! However now each lesson is a lesson learned, it happens again and they too will be looking down a barrel!

omg...there have been a lot of breakins in my city this season too...one house has been targeted repeatedly...they even broke into a sheriffs house!!! This season seems to bring out teh worst in people, but in the end karma usually comes back around...hope they catch them!!! I'm glad that you and coworkers were not hurt though.

Sounds like someone knew there would be alot of cash in house that day. Someone that works there told someone, who told someone, who told someone else that was a loser. Unfortunately this type of thing will go on as long as there are people on the earth. And as long as society continues to glorify crime and paint criminals as victims it will become more and more rampant. I hope things work out for you.

Probably anyone that has never been caught in a situation with multiple untrained (non-military, non-law enforcement) individuals from both sides threatening each other with guns or anyone who has actually seen a person or a group of people gunned down with their own eyes.

personally, since it's a grooming shop, I'd buy(or rent, I'm sure it's available) a fully trained guard dog...German Shepherd maybe....If I was closer I'd loan you mine, he's an excellent protector...Sorry to hear that there's no update yet...let us know if that scum is caught!
