getting a new buddy thursday...but

I am putting him in the 20 gallon long tank. I need to put the sick little tang in the 10 to try and make him better so i need to completely CLEAN the tank and all that is inside it. Can i use bleach for all the decorations and plants and dishes? I want to make sure there is NOTHING in that tank that will make my new guy sick. i have been having trouble with my geckos because i got them from a chain pet store. the patternless i had previousely posted about yesterday passed away last night. the tangerine is skinny but not as bad as the patternless was. I am just using a lot of percaution with getting this new guy so please tell me everything you know and think i should do to prevent this guy from gertting sick like the others from the pet store. heres a pic from the breeder of him

I would clean everything in the 20 gallon tank with bleach water.

10 percent bleach solution and a good rinse should be fine

and let everything completely air dry before you put the tank and decorations.hides etc. together
