She opened her egg before 3:30 and its now 9:00 and she has not put her head out yet. The egg is ripped in two places. Her mate hatched last night. What should I do? I don't see breathing movement.

In general the best bet is to give the baby the chance to get out of the egg itself. Sometimes they open the egg and don't make it. I once found 2 that had hatched and died. If this happens, it's likely that the baby isn't strong enough to have a reasonable life. In my opinion it's much better to leave it alone and find out that it died hatching, than to "save" it and end up with a sickly gecko, or one that you have to actively put down a few days or weeks later.

I opened the egg and she had not absorbed her yolk sack yet at all so I think she popped the egg and drown. Sad she was to be my second baby ever.
