I wasn't sure to post this but...
Anyone keep this guys?
I've been trying to find a good care sheet on them with no luck.
I'd really like to keep one in my 3'x1'x2' tank.
Are they basically like large cresteds?

Any help is awesome!!!

When we had ours we kept them just like Cresteds. Our WC female loved Crested Gecko Diet but wouldn't touch crickets. I always wondered what she ate in the wild. LOL

So you guys just kept them at room temp?
My room is pretty hot, specially in the summer.
It's about 75-80F+ in there most of the time, warmer at night for some reason.

Would a 3'x1'x2' glass tank be enough for one? With vines and branches for it to climb on of course.

I'm not exactly sure what the top temp is for them but I'm pretty sure that mid 80's is fine during the warm part of the day. They can handle slightly warmer temps than Cresteds. We kept them at room temp but the A/C keeps it below 80 in the summer. The tank should be plenty big.

Alright, the only care sheet I read says 75-80's in the day.
I'll provide a lamp in the winter for warmth but right now its not really needed.

Thanks for the info!

No. :( She was a wild caught adult and completely insane. They are FAST. I don't worry too much about a Crested darting out of a tank because I know I can catch it but those Gehyras are lightning quick. Plus, having thinner skin I was a little afraid I would tear her. We did hatch 2 babies from her and they weren't quite as jumpy so maybe captive bred ones would be more handleable.

Awesome.
I plan to buy a CBB and from the pictures on the breeders page is looks like it can deal with being held, which is all I really need it to do for when I clean its enclosure and all that.

Got any pics of yours and its set up?

My marginata set up is an 18x18x36 screen cage attached to an 18x18x18 exo terra cage with adapted top. Plenty of climbing and hiding places and a red lamp for supplemental heat on top. I have added several more layers of cork hides and silk plants to the bottom unit since this picture.

One of them climbing the wall (cord board backing to keep the misting from going thru the mess onto the walls. LOL.

Here the male climbed the side of the glass to see what I was up to.

My marginata will eat crickets sometimes, but really love the repashy diet.
