How do you do so and for what purpose??
How often should it be done??
Any other information you could share would be great

They don't need to be bathed.
The only reason some people "soak" their geckos is because some have shedding issues (stuck shed on toes, tail, etc...) and when they do it, warm water is used only, no soap.

Another reason some people do it is when their gecko (or other lizard, really) has an organ that is prolapsed, and a very dense sugar/water mixture sometimes helps the organ to retract back into the body.

Soaking doesn't need to be (and shouldn't be) done on a regular basis...it should only be used temporarily, when need be. If the humidity in the cage is maintained correctly, it isn't necessary.

What other kind of information did you need?

A couple other reasons a gecko may get a soak is if it is backed up a little or if it is dehydrated. In any case typically the only time a gecko is soaked is if there is an issue of some sort. No regular bathing required.

The only time I've ever soaked mine were for the reasons stated above, to help with stuck shed and to help out my boy when he wasn't going to the bathroom.
