I could be wrong, but last I checked the TSA does not allow reptiles to be brought on to planes. I had a similar question from a while ago when I went to San Diego.
You'd probably have to ship them back. Call the airline and ask but even for dogs and cats to travel you have to have a vet's certification of health and vaccinations in order to board them and be in an airline approved kennel/crate. It's usually up to the pilot as to whether or not a small dog or cat can be carried on but I've never heard of anyone actually being able to carry on a gecko.
If you're flying Alaskan Airlines or Horizon Air it looks like you can take non-poisonous reptiles on the plane in the cargo area for $100 - here's the link - http://www.alaskaair.com/as/www2/help/faqs/Traveling-With-Pets.asp. It looks like you'd still have to put them in an airline approved dog crate and have a vet health certificate though.
