Do you like them? Do you have room for them? Are you looking to breed? I think the answer to good deal or not should be answered by you. But if you are asking if the price is fair and good, yes I think it is.

Yes on the first two. I was just wondering if the prices were a good deal.

Well, look on Steve Sykes's advertising banner on this forum how much each single gecko would cost, and then you'll know if the overall price is fair ;) It's a lot of money, but you get what you pay for...

Seeing you are new to gecko keeping and ready to jump into breeding............ having as few as three egg producing females can hatch in the range of 20-30 babies. Housing and food expenses add up fast. Do you have a plan for potential babies? Have you done your market research? Do you know how to properly care for your geckos, recognize issues, and have a qualified reptile vet available if needed? Do you have your own income, adequate to support a breeding colony? Some states require a permit to sell exotic pets, even out of your home. At 17, do you plan to go to college or move from your parents home? A lot of rentals don't allow pets. While you might get away with a couple small lizards, a breeding colony is another matter. Take a hard look at your long term plan. A lot of things are bound to change (quickly) at this point in your life. Breeding leopard geckos requires a commitment.

If those are all Steve's geckos, it's a good deal. He has quality animals.

I know, I have all housing and food for them. I have huge colonies of mealworms and superworms, also a reptile and fish store next to me. For housing overall in college, I have a condominium that is waiting for me when i turn 18 that had very adequate living spaces for a great breeding colony of geckos! I have a lot of commitment in reptiles so I do have the space and items for them.

Did the seller give you this description on that last gecko? Snow is NOT a recessive trait, so right there I'd raise an eyebrow. Otherwise, I'd ask why he's selling those (at least in my opinion) below market value. ;)
