Good place to Herp in Riverside/San Bernardino County???

I am looking to take my son out on a good field herping trip in the Riverside or San Bernardino county area (southern California). I normally go up to big bear or places like that but am looking for a nice open desert area within those areas. If you know of anything in this area please let me know. :main_thumbsup:

now that i think of it...Corona area would be another area as well. So any of these three areas would be perfect.
