Hard to say without more info. The one problem I do see is loose substrate. Loose substrate is dangerous to leopard gecko (especially young ones) due to the risk of swallowing it and becoming impacted.
Aside from that:
What are your temperatures?
What are you measuring your temperatures with?
What method of heat are you using?
How many hides do you have?
Does your gecko have a humid hide?
Are you using any supplements? Which ones?
Is that a light on top? Just an FYI, leopard geckos don't need or like bright lights.
