I have no idea how it's supposed to look. That animal was sick, and so were few others before. It kept eating but made wrong poop and/or just puked after partial digestion. At some point it seems the animal was going better (poop shape, smell, color..) however the tail was still like a spaghetti and decreasing. Kidney disease was suspected. The big balloon shaped organ is the bladder i guess, which was more than full as you see, isn't that abnormal? Give me your thought on that and the rest. Also what could cause this if you have an idea (common parasites or else).
