Gravel/flooring for my leos

Ok so i know alot of you said its good to have solid florring,so im gonna get repti carpet asap but i was wondering if i would have a safe bet with fir and spagnum peat moss mix made by zilla until then or if you guys have anyother suggestions that would be good for my leos please tell me...i really just want whats best for my leos until i get repti crapet or if theres any thing better than repti carpet also let me know!Thanks Phil:D

OK cool i just put some in a little while ago because i thougn someone said they used it but wasnt sure so now i know.Thanks Phil

P.S. Should i even buy the repti carpet,will they do alot better on it.Like i said i just want whats best for the geckos but id rather not spend the $$$ on the repti carpet if i dont need to.Thanks Again Phil:):)

Well you could use ceramic tile. I really like tile because is alot easier to clean than carpet but carpet is just as good.

they won't do better or worse on the carpet, i prefer the carpet because it stays in place better and looks nicer. i like to go for naturalistic setups.

Paper Towel, Newsprint, anything of the sort. Carpet of any sort(No manufacturer in my opinion is better or worse) is just a waste of money in my book when you get the same effect from Paper Towel.

Slate tile is great. Easy to clean, holds heat well and they cant ingest it

i use coco nut husk it works well and they don't eat it. it looks better the tile, carpet, PT and crushed walnut IMO. its kinda a paint to clean tho smells nice to
