Gravid female question

Hello everyone one of my females has been visibly gravid well over four weeks now. I have read that when they are close t laying abbout 2 to 1 week before laying they start digging and refuse food. Well minehas been digging around my moist hide like crazy but when i fed my male who is in the cage with the female year round his super the female gobbled up a good amount of them.

Is this normal for a female to do so close to laying? Does this mean it may be longer than a week before she lays?

Some eat up to the last minute and some don't. If the eggs in her look pretty big and she's digging, it's probably going to happen soon, but some geckos won't give up their meal.

Allright sounds good to me. I just find it odd because her last clutch she stopped eating and digging at the same time but maybe now she feels more experenced or something
