Gravid female???

I have a female. She was about 58 grams. Almost 3 weeks ago I saw my male mating with her. I then put him back in his own tank. I thought I saw what were eggs in her belly, in the spots that eggs are supposed to be, as I've looked at SO many pictures. At first, before they mated they looked yellowish to an extent. A few days after mating, they looked mostly white. They then began to look as though they had a pinkish outline. Now, they look almost completely pinkish, but sometimes more white. She does not seem to be eating much, and she stays in her moist hide a lot of the time. She's dropped a couple grams, but I've tried giving her mealworms and crickets and she just isn't really interested. I keep a calcium dish in with her at all times. I can't tell if she has fertile eggs or what. Thoughts?

Btw, the color has changed but the eggs don't seem to be getting bigger.

Sorry... They are in her... I just don't know if I'm seeing fertile eggs or what. I have the incubator and everything to get the incubation boxes ready, but I don't want to do it too soon if she's not even pregnant.

well if you saw them breeding, there is a good chance she is Pregnant, However you will not know if the eggs are fertile till she lays them you can do this by taking the egg to a LED flashlight and looking for a bulls eye. if the egg glows clear green its not. from the sound of it she should lay soon turn her over and press lightly you should see 2 rather big eggs side by side, if she is due to lay soon...If not. you will see two small pink/white dots one being top on the left side of her. and one lower on the right side.

Also the bulls eye can be anywhere on the egg its not always on top so you might not see it. give it at lest 24 hours before you look to get a real good Red bull eye or longer.

Also here is a photo of a female With 2 eggs, see how there side by side? now she is not due to lay for another week or so. So your should be a bit bigger, they will fill out her whole bottom half.

Thanks for the info and pics. I have spent a lot of time reading, (my bf makes fun of me because I've read my book so much it just fell apart). And I've been on various websites, trying to educate myself the best I can. I have everything ready... Now just waiting... Still, reading and looking at pics is not the same as first-hand experience. Every bit of info helps. I guess I'll get better with time. I have six geckos, but this is my first time breeding. We'll see what happens...

I honestly think it's best to just see when she lays them. I like to not mess w/ mine while gravid unless needed, so I mostly just feed them while they will eat and I noticed most all mine also don't eat for about a week before they lay. Even 7-10 isn't uncommon, so I make sure I feed them really good right after they lay and maybe put the male back in w/ them then. Also 1st timers might need to be placed w/ the male again. I think all is good, she was def ready to breed.
