We got great news today when we went in to see Cadence today! The nurse said she should be going home tomorrow - Tuesday at the latest (that last part was said so we don't get too disappointed if something happens). I think both Eric and I did a little jump for joy. She's off all of her IVs and tubes, and just had the minimal amount of monitoring equipment on today. She's kept down all of her food except for one meal, which was probably due to being passed around so much prior to feeding (too much going on). Keep your fingers crossed - she could be going home in the early afternoon/evening!
She's looking so much better with a few meals in her and all the tape and tubes gone. Her face is still pretty red from tearing off the tape so many times. They think she's got sensitive skin just like Mom - she seems to have a reaction to having fabric by her face (and you know they use strong detergents there).
Anyway, here's some more pictures of our beautiful little girl! I think it looks like she's blowing a kiss in the first picture! LOL
