Grrrr! Help!

Ok I'm trying to create a shipping label online with UPS, I have to ship a gecko out tomorrow to zip code 16249 whenever I try and use the next day air option it won't let me choose a 10:30am option it says not available for that area only choice is to ship next day air end of day, I was wondering is it OK to do this and what time will the gecko get to the buyer, I'm just worried about it being in the box to long. I never had it say I cannot use the 10:30am choice.

Without looking, I am guessing that it is a rural area. In my opinion you and the buyer have two choices. You can mark the package hold at hub and they can drive to the local hub and pick it up or they (the buyer) can release you from any guarantee and just wait it out for the delivery.

Ok thanks Jeremy I have not came across this problem before so I will check out the locations close by and see what he thinks.

I had the same thing happen the other day. Someone requested a shipping rate and I only got a before 8:30a ($85) or 12p ($60). That would have made it a $115 normal, lol. It was because of the location.
