GRRRRR Customers!!

I get a call today, from a lady that would like me to deliver 15 balloon centerpiece today. We go over colors, price, time, etc. But when it comes to place she tells me some restaurant that I have never heard of, but it's supposed to be near a place I know. I ask her for the address if she has it and she starts to give it to me, then ask, "Wait you live in Rocky River and you don't know where this is?" I politely say, "No I do not know where this is, but it's in Lakewood, and I don't get there very often." Then she says I'll have to call you back in a snotty voice, and doesn't call back.

Am I wrong in asking for the address? Any time you order for anything to be delivered you are asked for the address, what makes this woman thinks she's so special.

That's just ignorant. Of course your going to need an address if you do not know where it is. I would not want to do business with that snob anyway.

If she had said no I don't know that address but it's on Detroit Rd. in Lakewood, and this is the name of the place, I would have just looked it up. GGGGRRRRRRRRR

Yes, my God, you're supposed to have a completely photographic memory and have studied every single road on the map and know exactly where each and every restaurant or business is even though you've probably never been there before and you shouldn't expect someone to provide a specific address so you can deliver her order because you should be able to find it in the dark with your eyes closed... yeesh... some people... :main_rolleyes:

Ok, then it's not me. I'm still in disbelief that this woman acted like that. I'm used to working with all kinds of people, moods, and attitudes, but this is one of the top 10 worst.

Wow sounds like you went head to head with someone like my ex-boss. Incredible isn't it how rude and snobby some people can be.
