So I was lifting her up to her moist hide because she was having trouble getting a footing on the side of the tank to climb up. So I gently lifted her and she started to bite me. But it wasn't an aggressive bite. It was almost no pressure at all. It seemed like she was just trying to hold on? Just an unusual event. Maybe she didn't want help :)

This ever happen to anyone else??

(I've been bit before and this is different)

I've also had my hand gently bitten/grabbed by my leo when he lost his balance and started to slip -- I've never seen him use his teeth to try to hold on to anything in that way, so I assumed it was a "hey please stop I don't like this ride anymore" bite, but maybe he was trying to keep from falling?

I've gotten warning bites from my big male before. He didn't hold on or bite hard but it was more of a light nip when he wasn't wanting to be picked up. He didn't draw blood just scraped off a top layer of skin. I've had worse with paper cuts haha.

Yeah...I've also had that happen. Just a little bite, more of a squeeze than anything else. Probably just them saying "Hey, stop that!!"
