Hair spray and geckos

i use a lot of hair spray due to the fact i tease my hair daily is it ok or will it harm my babies (geckos lol)

i wouldnt use any smelly chemicals, hair spray, spray on body spray, perfume, cleaners etc. around your geckos enclosures. if in the same room make sure you leave your door open for ventilation. i remember when i was younger my aunt used so much hairspray it killed two hamsters.

Honestly I use perfume, hair spray and a bunch of OTHER crap in my room that gives off different smells in my room but make absolutely positive that I never do it directly over their cage I also never close of the room. If my door is closed a window is open or when my window is closed my door is open catch my drift. Obviously if i'm using something with a lot of fumes, smell or dust I haul the geckos right outta there let it air out a day or two and put them back.

Be careful with the hairspray...it is sticky and your gecko wouldn't appreciate it too much if it got on it.

Could you spray your hair in another room? If not, you could do what I did with my ex-roommate and cover the tank with a towel when you spray your hair or use perfume and leave the tank covered until the room airs out.
