I handfeed my juvenile leopard gecko two mealworms everyday, and then just feed her 2-3 crickets.
You can feed them only mealworms, though a variety of food is healthier. Since they're adults, superworms might be better, and every so often crickets.
Will this breeding pair be your first leopard geckos?

I meant if they're going to be your first leopard geckos. Sorry if I wasn't clear before.
What other species of reptiles have you kept(And have you bred any of them?)? I know you have other reptiles because I read one of your earlier posts.

snake

yes these will be my first leopard geckos. I used to have a snake but then it died because it wouldnt eat i tried force feeding but it wouldnt work. Then i had another snake and i planned to breed it but then it bit my little brother so i had to sell it.

I feed all my leos with plastic feeding tongs, I have fed them both ways and find hand feeding them better. This prevents the stupid crickets from hiding where the geckos cant find them. Since switching to hand feeding, I make sure the geckos get the cricks, rather then throwing some in and finding a bunch of dead ones under the paper towels etc.. Either way works, I personally prefer hand feeding

could you post a pic of the tongs you use?
Zoo med makes them, their just plastic feeding tongs used for reptiles, fish, and birds. I looked on zoo meds web site but couldnt find them. Their are also bamboo feeding tongs that work to, I got a couple of them, they sell them at petco, like $2-3.
