Has anyone tried this breeding record software?

It's nice to see that I'm not the only one who uses the term "lappy". My cords have labels that say lappy 1 and lappy 2 :) I made a database in MS office for laying, hatching, etc records that's a simple printout that satisfies Fish & Wildlife when they check our permits.

I was gonna suggest either ms excel or ms access, depending on how much knowledge of comps you have, both would work great and can be used for many other things in life other then reptile records :)

I use excel. There's not much I can't do with or to a computer, but all the reptile tracking software I have tried is far too detailed and complicated for my liking. If I were working with thousands of animals I can see it being worthwhile, but otherwise keep it simple.

I started using excel and have switched over to iherp.com. It is free and I really like the way you can setup the lineage of your animals. They are also starting a morph database. It isn't available for Leos yet but I think it will be pretty awesome.

I used to do it on Excel and iHerp, but now I do it the old fashioned way with pen and paper. I use excel to create graphs and charts to put in my notebook, here is an example of one of my earlier ones.
