Well the 2011 breeding season I'm gonna try using some hatch rite. I used vermiculite and perlite this year. I want to try this because of the fact you don't need to add water.

But if your looking for other peoples comment on the product...

I have used it for Crested Gecko eggs and ball python eggs, both times it went bad..so two thumbs....DOWN :main_thumbsdown::main_thumbsdown:

Stick with Vermiculite or Perlite... or a superior product would be Repashy's Superhatch :main_thumbsup:

I dont trust hatchrites "ready to go" formula because of my previous run ins with this product..btw if the bag is left open for too long or opened then "sealed" and left that way for too long, some water might need to be added..

The moisture evaporates sooner or later...

I got a bag of it for free with my MR-148, and I had to add a good bit of water to get condensation inside my SIM. I will not be using it again.

I just want to try this because my local reptile store (the one i told you about with flex wat) uses it on leopard geckos cresteds ball pythons soon to be cloubrids etc etc and succesfully and Bryan Barcheck uses it so I thought man this has to be good lol he gets like the biggest bags you can buy i think. Well atlesast i know he would need a few K's of it per season lol.
