Hatchling issues

Ok so I think I know what has been going on. I figured out a few weeks ago that my incubators were getting WAAYYYY too hot during the day. This was due to the fact that the reptile room is a very small room that has 4 heat lamps running for 12 hours a day with the door shut = no air flow and hot room.

Soooo I am guessing that most of my hatchling issues were caused by this. I know the incubators were getting up to 95 degrees at one point...

So far I have had:
1 good baby that is living and thriving
1 baby that died a few days after hatching
1 baby that died in the egg right around due date
1 baby that was born without most of its upper eyelid on its left side, also born very small 2g
The baby with the eyelid problem may or may not loose the eye on one side since it cant close its eye. It doesnt seem to be eating if it is at all. I fed it some slurry and it absolutely loved it so there may still be hope for it.
The baby also seems to look kind of odd, idk maybe its eyes are sunken in a little?
Here is a photo of it:

I have had this eye problem issue a few times as well. So far this season I have a coleonyx hatchling that is fine and 4 leopard gecko hatchlings, 3 of which are fine. The 4th also has eye problems: when it was born, one eye looked half closed and one looked kind of bug-eyed. It was actually hard to tell if the lids we OK or not. I have been putting a drop of water on each eye several times a day. It is now a week old. Tonight, the better eye actually looked pretty normal and the bad eye still has a film over it. I suspect it will see out of just 1 eye. I recommend you moisten the eyes regularly and keep feeding it but also give it the opportunity to eat on its own. Last season I had 1 with eye problems that grew and thrived. Another had multiple congenital anomalies including very misshapen eyes. It is now 4 months old and only weighs 5 grams. A friend of mine who was taking care of it fell in love with it and has it. She hand feeds it every night. I took care of it for a week during passover and despite the fact that its eyes and mouth look pretty funny, it's a very spunky and active gecko.

Put the energy efficient flourescent bulbs in and it will drop the temps alot. That happened to me last year and tho I didnt have any deformaties but had more males than i wanted.

The eyes are just tiny, I don't think sunken in.
That is really odd! I've never seen anything like it.
